Many of us often set goals for ourselves, whether it's to lose weight, exercise more, or eat healthier. However, research has shown that healthy habits are much more effective in achieving long-term success compared to setting specific goals. One key aspect that we will be focusing on is the small steps approach to building healthy habits. Oftentimes, people tend to make drastic changes in their lifestyle in order to achieve a certain goal. However, these changes are not sustainable in the long run and can lead to burnout or relapse. By taking small, manageable steps towards building healthy habits, we are more likely to stick to them and make them a permanent part of our routine.
