Tender delicious Healthy Asparagus

Sauteed Asparagus

Ingredients

Asparagus 1 #

Butter 1 oz

Chicken stock 2 fl oz

Herb salt to taste

Black pepper to taste


Method:

1. Pre-heat a sauté pan to medium heat.

2. Add small amount of stock and butter then add prepared asparagus.

3. Let cook for 3-5 minutes tossing periodically.

4. Cook until fork tender season with salt and pepper.

5. Serve hot.
