8-Week Culinary Health and Wellness Program

  Create changes with food, that help you, LOSE WEIGHT, get HEALTHY and feel better EMOTIONALLY and PHYSICALLY

Week 1- Putting you first /Sauté

We learn why it’s so important to put you first in your health journey, as well as learn how to sauté like a master chef.

Week 4- Smart Shopping /Poaching

 We learn about saving money at the grocery store and shopping with purpose. We also will poach delicate foods.

Week 7- Breaking Grandma Code /Steaming

​We will learn the importance of portion sizes and what to look for on food labels. We will also steam food and make them delicious.

Week 2- Food knowledge I /Roasting

 We learn about salt, carbs, and fats, how to use them and the lies about them. We also learn how to roast foods GBD. (Golden Brown and Delicious)

Week 5- Habits over Goals /Soups & stock

We will learn how creating healthy habits improves our chances for reaching health goals. We will also learn to make soups and stocks that are money saving techniques.

Week 8- Physical Activity /Grilling

We will learn what exercise is and how much and what kind should I be doing. We will also be outside to learn how to grill food to perfection.  

Week 3- Food knowledge II /Braising

We learn all about proteins, fruits, and vegetables, how to use them, how much we should eat and how to save money. We will also braise food to make it tender, delicious, and full of flavor.

Week 6- Safety & Sanitation /Sous Vide

We will learn how to keep our kitchens and food safe and free of bacteria and FBI. We will also learn the easiest cooking technique, sous vide.

Supplemental Resources

Herbs and Spices- I will give you a resource of herbs and spices that will enhance every meal as well as build greater health with every bite.

Our 8-week Program begins Saturday July 1st & Tuesday July 18th, and run every Tuesday and Saturday thereafter.
Each day has 2 time slots available:
11:00am and 2:30pm.
